Browse our fresh fish selection. The fish is cut on demand and is guaranteed fresh. Whether the fish is farmed raised or wild-caught all the fish is sustainably farmed and caught. Quality is our first priority!

There are various types of ways our fresh fish can be ordered.

For small to medium fish, we offer to sell the whole fish scaled, gutted, and gilled. This involves removing the scales, guts, and gills of the fish and leaving everything intact. This is billed as individual fish. 1 order is 1 fish.

For small to medium fish we also offer fillet cut in which we will cut out the two fillets of the fish. Upon request, we can remove the skin from the fillet. This cut is billed as 2 fillets. 1 order is 2 fillets.

For large fish, we offer a specified weighted portion or a per lb fillet. The portion is cut from a fillet of the fish at a specific weight. Portions are easier to work within the kitchen. 1 order is 1 portion at the specified portion weight.

The per lb fillet option is a fillet of the fish at the weight selected. 1 order is 1 lb of the fillet.
