Are you looking for wild-caught Salmon? Unfortunately because of human interaction with Earth's waters, there is very little wild Salmon available. Hopefully, with our commitment to buying sustainably farmed Salmon, the Earth will see wild Salmon return.
Orders can be placed for whole fillets for the more adventurous chef or portions for the everyday chef.
Note: One Fillet is around 6 lb this will approximately feed 12 people, 8 oz portion will approximately feed 1 person. The fillet can be requested with skin off.
Fun Fact: The Salmon loves both fresh and saltwater this is known as "anadromous".
